Civil lawsuits such as breach of contract, automobile injury, contract indebtedness, and malpractice suits (usually non-family court related). Civil index may include case type, case number, file date, plaintiff, defendant, disposition, and disposition date. Civil records may provide additional identifiers (e.g. address).
