Job Summary:
We seek a highly organized and efficient Administrative Officer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties to support the efficient functioning of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies, including ordering new supplies as needed while Keeping track of inventory levels
- Ensuring all office equipment is in good working condition and arranging for repairs or replacements when necessary.
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answering and directing phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Supervising janitorial staff to ensure that all office areas are kept clean and organized.
- Manage petty cash funds and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Reconciling petty cash accounts regularly and preparing reports for management.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, & document preparation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Details:
- Location: DHA Phase – II Extensions, Karachi.
- Shift: Morning
- Time: 9 am – 6 pm
