Description

This service processes the following official checks in Brazil:

1. A search of the subject’s criminal record history at the state level (based on the state(s) submitted).The state level clearance is issued through the Secretaria de Seguranca Publica and is provided in a narrative format. If the subject has a criminal history, the details of the record will be provided as applicable.

2. A search of the subject’s criminal record history at the federal level. The results will be provided in a document form as the official Certificate of Criminal Record (Certid?o de Antecedentes Criminais) and it is issued through the Distrito Federal. If a certificate is not awarded all applicable records will be provided in narrative form in the results.

3. A search of the subject’s civil suits & tax record history at the federal level. The results will be provided in a document form as the official Certificate of Clearance (Certid?o de Distribui??o C?veis e Criminais or sometimes referred to as Certid?o de Distribui??o de A??es de Execu??es C?veis, Fiscais e de Execu??es Criminais) and it is issued through the Brazilian Federal Ministry of Justice. If a certificate is not awarded all applicable records will be provided in narrative form in the results.
