Copy of marriage certificate may include the subject’s name, spouse’s name, date registered, age, place of birth, nationality, father’s name, mother’s name, parents’ addresses, parents’ occupations, and names of witnesses. If applicable, a divorce certificate may also be included but should not be expected if a divorce has occurred.

Divorces are also registered with the Civil Registry but obtaining a certificate is not required and may not have been purchased by your subject due to their high cost (equivalent to US$300-500). We recommend ordering a civil records check for divorce records.
